Promotion of school projects

We support various projects of the school in El Salado "Unidad Educativa Bilingüe Llangahua" both financially and with the help of volunteers.

The current project is the school dairy: Many families in the Llangahua community make a living from keeping dairy cows and selling their milk. In the school's own milk laboratory, the pupils will soon learn to homogenize this milk and process it into yoghurt and cheese. The dairy laboratory should enable the hygienic processing of dairy products.

It is currently being developed under the guidance of Alejandro Flor together with the parents of the village and the financial support of the parents and our association. So far only the first walls of the new building are standing, but we are all eagerly awaiting the completion and opening of the new “Laboratorio de Lacteos”.
